Since my very first guitar student over forty years ago I have always strived to make learning to play the guitar a joy for my students, by teaching in a relaxed atmosphere. I let people realize they can make a beautiful sound with the instrument and that’s because I strive for proper technique and the pursuit of a good sound. All great players, no matter the instrument or their level of achievement, teach their instrument to others. 

Some of my students feel they receive a Master Class at each lesson while others strive for attainment into a Music Conservatory and some attend lessons for the sheer pleasure it brings them. My students have gone on to Music conservatories, have reached 95% or better on levels five and six at NYSSMA and have given private and public recitals.

Like many people I've fiddled around on the guitar for many years but wanted to learn to actually play the instrument. I've been working with Larry for about three months and have progressed further than I would have in three years on my own.
